TDS Construction Services was retained to provide construction for a new two-story single-family lot in Laguna Niguel. Work provided included foundation construction which included 45 caissons to stabilize the lot as the slope had two failures leading to demolition of the existing house. Framing, HVAC installation and plumbing rough-in were also provided. The expected completion of the house is April 2025.
